Delete Account

We're sorry to see you go. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.

How to delete your account

Open your app and make sure, you are logged in. Switch to the "Settings" page and select "Delete account". Your account will be deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

Upon deletion, your profile, settings, and all associated personal data will be permanently removed. Some anonymised usage data may be retained for analytical purposes as permitted by law.

Request deletion by email

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can also request account deletion by sending an email to accounts@eewa.io. Please send the request from the email address associated with your account and include your username. We will process your request within 30 days.
